Booking policy.

You can make appointments via our online booking system or individually. With your booking and our confirmation, a binding contract is concluded. Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.
 

The cooperation usually begins with a get-to-know-you walk including an analysis of the current situation. Before the first appointment, you will receive a questionnaire, which you should fill out completely.

 

Payment

For online bookings, payment is made directly in advance.

For manual bookings (e.g. by email or WhatsApp), the payment term is 14 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance for each calendar month. Unless automatic payment is made through the booking system, invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

The Provider reserves the right to confirm or perform services only after receipt of payment, unless automatic payment has been agreed.
 

Subscriptions (Pricing Plans)

Subscriptions are ongoing, fee-based services. By taking out a subscription, you enter into a recurring contractual relationship.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed for another calendar month unless cancelled in time.

Termination is possible at any time with effect from the end of a calendar month. The time of receipt of the notice of termination is decisive.

Cancellation must be made no later than 7 days before the end of the calendar month in order to take effect at the end of the same month. Otherwise, the subscription will be automatically renewed for another calendar month.

If a payment is in default or a debit cannot be successfully made, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services until full payment has been made.


 

Scope of services & care

All services are per dog.

Supervision within the framework of subscriptions takes place on the booked working days (Monday to Friday) all day from 08:00 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. Booking half days is not possible.

Your booking is binding for the agreed care days. If your dog does not participate on one or more booked days, there is no entitlement to replacement, make-up or refund.

The dog daycare center remains closed on public holidays. No support or training services are offered on these days.

Company holidays will be announced in good time on our website. No calculation will be made during the company holiday; the remuneration shall be adjusted on a pro rata basis for the calendar month in question.

If the care begins during a current calendar month, billing is pro-rata. From the following full calendar month, the subscription will be charged in full.

The walking service with Training PLUS takes place without your presence. If you would like to participate, it is an individual training.

To participate in pack walks, an assessment and an appointment to get to know each other are required in advance.

 

Appointment cancellations (individual services)

Appointment cancellations apply exclusively to individual services that have not been booked as part of a subscription.

You can cancel appointments free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment.

In the event of later cancellation or no-show, the agreed fee will be charged, unless the appointment can be assigned elsewhere.

For care days booked as part of a subscription, there is no entitlement to cancellation, replacement, make-up or refund.

 

Cancellations within the framework of subscriptions Cancellations of care days within the framework of a subscription are used exclusively for organisational planning.

Deregistration should be made as early as possible, but no later than 6:00 p.m. on the day before the respective day of care.

Even if you deregister in time, there is no entitlement to substitute care, catch-up or refund, as the childcare place for your dog is firmly planned.

Short-term or non-deregistration have no influence on the entitlement to remuneration.

Repeated short-term or non-deregistration can lead to exclusion from childcare.

 

Travel costs

Journeys of up to 15 km one way from Widmannstrasse 15, 81829 Munich are included in the price.

In addition, €1.50 per additional kilometre driven (round trip) will be charged. The basis is the fastest route according to Google Maps.

From a distance of more than 15 km, the travel time will also be charged on a pro rata basis at €79 per hour.

 

Requirements for your dog

Your dog must have liability insurance, be healthy, free of infectious diseases and be socially acceptable.

Valid vaccination protection and regular deworming according to veterinary recommendations are prerequisites.

Dogs with symptoms of illness (e.g. diarrhoea, vomiting) and in heat are excluded from participation.

 

Liability & Risks

In group offers, your dog has contact with other dogs. A residual risk cannot be completely ruled out.

Participation is at your own risk. You are liable for all damage caused by your dog.

 

We reserve the right to discontinue services for technical or security-related reasons.

There is no entitlement to a refund if the interruption was caused by you or your dog.

 

By making a booking, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Training sessions are only available by appointment or online booking.
